Total delivery time = order processing time + shipping time.

Expert inspection time: 2-3 business days.
If intensive maintenance is required, please allow up to 5 business days.

Shipping time depends on the shipping method you choose. Please note that when you checkout and see the estimated number of days in the shipping method section, this is only an estimated shipping time and does not include order processing time.
Within the United States
Fendex's delivery time to customers: 15-20 days. (Goods must be declared as luxury items to ensure careful handling and insurance must be purchased in case of loss.)
International Shipping:
***For international shipments, the Buyer must notify in advance and negotiate customs procedures. Please note that we have no control over customs/tax fees or brokerage fees; advance notification is required for us to work with Fendex. Packages may be held at your local customs office for days or weeks before you receive notification. We have no control over this. Please check with your local customs office if you do not receive your package within the normal delivery time to avoid any delays.
If you choose Fendex international shipping, your local Fendex office may charge a brokerage fee in addition to customs/tax fees.
***All buyers are responsible for all shipping, return, and reshipping costs unless the goods are mistakenly sent. We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring in transit after the order has been shipped. Please contact us if you wish to purchase insurance for your package. And please ensure that your shipping address is a secure location.
